How long will it take to receive my custom imprinted order?
Custom imprinted orders are shipped within 5 business days after the artwork is approved. Orders received after 12:00 PM Central Time will be processed the following business day. Orders over 50 dozen will ship within 10 business days. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
• Ground (Standard): 5-7 business days
• 3-Day (Expedited): 3 business days
• Next Day Air (Express): The following business day
- Use up to 17 characters per line including spaces.
- If 4 characters or less are entered in all lines - 11pt. font will be used.
- If 5-8 characters are entered in all lines - 9pt. font will be used.
- If 9 characters or more are entered in all lines - 8pt. font will be used.
FAQ
Shipping
Each custom order takes approximately 5 business days for production, except for golf balls, which take on average 7-10 business days. We then ship via ground shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the location.
We offer free ground shipping with $75 purchase. For orders below $75, there is a $10 flat rate ground shipping charge.
We have two expedited shipping options: $15 3-day shipping or $50 rush shipping. Rush shipping includes a rush lead time of 3 business days and overnight shipping (4 total business days). Unfortunately we cannot rush production on personalized golf balls.
CUSTOM PRINTING
We currently offer a 1 color imprint on any tee. We do not currently offer a cup imprinted tee.
Tees are printed from tip to cup by default unless it is noted otherwise on your order.
No, a white background will not be printed on the product.
