Can I get a refund?
Customized products are non-refundable, they unfortunately have no re-sale value. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

What if my completed order contains an error?
When submitting information for text customization, please be very careful to inspect your entry as well as your receipt to ensure correct spelling and desired message. We have on occasion noticed errors in copy submission and have contacted customers to make necessary changes. Unfortunately, we’re unable to proof all entries. Errors resulting from customer submissions on imprinted items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

In the unlikely event our staff makes an error, we will gladly re-print and replace the items at not cost to you. A call tag will be sent to return the incorrect product.
